Religious Education - 1-7th Grade

The Children’s Religious Ed program is offered for children who are in 1st through 7th grade. Sacramental Prep is a two year process. The sacrament of First Eucharist is celebrated in 2nd grade and sacrament of Reconciliation is celebrated in 3rd grade. Our family-based, experiential program is designed for individual, family, and community learning that addresses the human need for a personal relationship with Jesus. How this is accomplished is through online catechesis with parents, in house experiential review sessions, and family based gatherings themed on Catholic traditions and ministries. The religious education program was designed to fit the interests and schedules of the students and their families as well.

Fall 2022 School Year Information

We have redesigned our program to offer grade specific Religious Ed learning, led by parents and supported by once-a-month class meetings, along with monthly Family Fun in Faith meetings and seasonal family events. Our program consists of online learning using the curriculum, Word of Life published by Augustian Institute.

Summer 2022 Information

As an alternative we are offering an 8-week summer option for  4th through 7th grade, that follows the same format as the fall school year programming but offers families the opportunity to choose when to engage in faith formation during the scheduled 8 weeks. Online family catechesis is the platform for this program as well including onsite review sessions for the students.
